Frequently asked questions.

Does it cost anything to work with Hypercube?
In most cases, no. We're typically paid by the lender on settlement — not by you. Where a fee-for-service arrangement makes more sense (complex commercial, unusual scope), we'll agree it with you in writing before we start. No surprises.
How many lenders do you work with?
Sixty-plus, across majors, second-tier, non-bank and commercial specialists. More importantly, we know which lender is the right fit for a specific deal — rate, policy, speed, or appetite — rather than defaulting to whoever has the loudest BDM that month.
How long does pre-approval take?
Most straightforward PAYG pre-approvals land within 3–5 business days once we have your documents. Complex income (self-employed, bonuses, multiple entities) can take longer, and we'll flag that up front rather than promise a deadline we can't hold to.
Do you only work with Melbourne clients?
We're Melbourne-based but we work with clients right across Australia — Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, regional and everything in between. Most of our meetings happen by video, and our lender panel is national. Where you physically sit matters far less than the structure of your deal.
What happens after the loan settles?
You get an automatic annual rate review, a broker who stays accountable for the life of the loan, and a single point of contact the next time life changes. We treat settlement as the start of the relationship, not the end.
